Update your personal information in the app

Step 1: Log in to your MyKidReports account.

Step 2: On the top right, tap the profile icon, then select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: You can update your profile by:

  • Clicking Change Photo to update your picture.

  • Using the Edit button under Language Preferences or Personal Information to make changes.

For example, you want to update personal information, just click on the edit button.

Step 4: Enter your details and click the Save button to update the information.

Note: Certain fields, such as phone number, occupation, address, and employer, are optional and may be left blank. However, essential fields like First Name and Last Name are mandatory and must be completed in the Personal Information section.

Important: You can upload a profile photo in JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP format, with a maximum file size of 1 MB.

    If it still doesn’t work, try again after restarting the app or contact your school administrator.

Can I remove my profile photo after uploading it?

No, you cannot remove your profile photo once it has been uploaded. However, you can update it at any time by selecting Change Photo and uploading a new image to replace the existing one.

What languages are available in the app?

MyKidReports supports multiple languages, including English, French, Spanish, Arabic, German, Portuguese, and Mandarin.

Can I leave some fields blank if I don’t want to share certain details?

How long does it take for updated information to appear in the app?

Updates usually appear immediately after you click Save. In rare cases, you may need to refresh the app to see the changes.

If I make a mistake, can I edit my information again later?

Yes. You can return to your profile at any time, click Edit, and update your information again. There is no limit to how many times you can make changes.
