Access the responses submitted for a form
Step 1: Log in to the MyKidReports.
Step 2: Click on
 | Step 3: Go to the 'Forms & Documents' option.

 | Step 5: Click the desired form and you will get a pop-up. Just click the View responses.

Step 4: Here you can take a look at all the responses. If you want to access more details about responses then click the desired response.
